Healthy Meals with Savor Living

I don’t know about you guys but since the extended stay-at-home order I’m CONSTANTLY snacking. My fridge is talking to me like every two-seconds! Who else is having this problem? Which is why this post is very necessary – HEALTHY MEALS FOR ORDERING IN.

Snacking is my weakness, especially at night. But balance is key, you know? You gotta live that balanced lifestyle, ya know?

So, let’s jump right into this post as I’m so excited to introduce to Savor Living which is a Gourmet, Healthy Meal Delivery Subscription Service. Here is what is on the menu for this week

Crunchy Mediterranean Salad

Broccoli, kale, cucumber, spiced chickpeas, red onion, sun-dried tomato, tofu feta, pumpkin seeds, kalamata olives, red wine vinaigrette.

Waldorf Salad

Apple, grape, celery, walnuts, parsley, cranberry, plant-based chick’n, lemony mayo, romaine lettuce heart.

Rice Noodle Salad

Rice noodles, carrot, snow peas, bell pepper, edamame, red cabbage, napa cabbage, peanut-sesame dressing, cilantro & sesame seeds.

Curried Pot Pie

Puff Pastry, curry sauce with coconut milk and vegetable broth, vegan “chick’n strips, cauliflower, peas, chickpeas, celery, carrot, garlic, onion.

Brazilian Feijoda

Black Beans, Beyond “beef’ crumbles, sweet potato, tomatoes, mango pepper, chili pepper, onion, cilantro, serving with collards, orange and corn bread muffin.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Roasted bell peppers, lentils, mushrooms, plant based textured protein, carrots & onions & garlic rice, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese.

Salad, Salad and SAlad!

I’ve been craving salads lately and now that warmer weather is finally here salads feel so refreshing. Okay, can we discuss how delious the Savour Living Salads are! I am totally obsessed! The Crunchy Mediterranean Salad is one of my favourites, so good!

Menus change weekly

As our activities change day by day and having this option when planning healthy eating is best! To be honest, the stuffed red peppers are going to be on my menu weekly as they were so yummy!
